Tilson doesn’t want pot legalized

Federal Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau wants to see the legalization of marijuana, but David Tilson doesn’t think that idea’s going to get very far.
“I think he’s just winging it,” commented the MP for Dufferin-Caledon.
“These drugs are illegal because of the harmful effect they have on youths,” he observed, adding there’s no interest in seeing such substances become more easily available to the young.
“It’s a stupid policy he’s bringing forward,” Tilson remarked, adding it also encourages organized crime.
“All I know is our government’s not going to do it,” he concluded. “We’re not going to legalize it.”
