Gary Cascone will try again for council seat

It didn’t work the last time, but Gary Cascone is giving it another try.
Cascone has announced he will be running for the Ward 5 (Bolton) Regional seat on Caledon council.
He unsuccessfully sought election to the seat in 2010, but he said he’s undaunted.
“I think it’s time for a change,” he remarked. “I think it was before, but no one believed it.”
Cascone said there’s transparency currently lacking, adding if elected, he’d open a constituency office in Bolton, and make it available to the area councillor too.
Cascone said he’s feeling confident about his chances.
“I declared way too late last time,” he commented. “I’m going to try to work as hard as I can and win the confidence of people.”
