Fourth annual Tea Party at Melville Church

The historic Melville White Church, on Mississauga Road, will be the scene of the fourth annual Tea Party this Sunday (Sept. 14).
Arranged by the Belfountain Heritage Society, it will run from 2 to 5 p.m.
New this year will be a Hooked Rug Show and Sale, featuring creations from the studio of local artist Martina Lesar, among others.
In addition to the delicious tea, scones and other light fare served by Tintagels Tea Room and More of Erin, there will be the award-winning strings of the Arco Violini Ensemble and other musical guests.
The deadline for buying advance tickets has been extended to today (Thursday) for $25. After today, they will be $30, and $15 for children aged five to 12.
