Drinking and driving charge

A traffic stop in Valleywood April 16 resulted in a 34-year-old Caledon man being changed with driving with too much alcohol in his system.
Caledon OPP reports an officer was doing traffic enforcement shortly before 11 p.m. in the area of Highway 10 and Valleywood Boulevard when a Honda Civic was spotted travelling at high speed. The officer stopped the car and detected a strong smell of alcohol on the driver’s breath.
His licence was suspected for 90 days and his car was impounded for seven.
