The report, entitled Caledon East Community Improvement Plan: an Innovative Tool to Promote Healthy Lifestyles, which was prepared in collaboration with the Town of Caledon, MMM Group Limited and Region of Peel Public Health, won in the Municipal Statutory Planning Studies, Reports and Documents category. The Town took the award in a second category, OPPI and Heart and Stroke Foundation’s Healthy Communities Award.
