Caledon Community Services (CCS) has launched their 2025 ‘Shaping the Future of Caledon’ community survey.

CCS shared that they are here to support the community, whether it’s lending a hand during tough times or helping neighbours thrive, and they want to ensure they can reach everyone who needs the services they provide.

As Caledon evolves and grows, so do the needs of the people who call it home, says CCS.

They are seeking survey participants to share their knowledge about CCS, preferences regarding information consumption, valued services, and strategies for enhancing the connection between the community and the vital services CCS provides.

The idea stemmed from their new 2024-2027 Strategic Plan.

In their strategic plan, pillar number two is Partnership, Growth & Sustainability, and one of the focuses is determining community awareness so they can deliver on an engagement strategy that ensures existing and new residents alike, as well as emerging communities, understand the full range of services available through CCS and can find the help they need.

The survey takes around three to five minutes to complete, and with it, participants will help CCS reach more people throughout the community.

“Ensuring everyone knows where to turn in times of need – so no one is left behind,” read the CCS media release.

“Its focus is creating the community that we all love to call home!”

To show their appreciation, for those who complete the survey, you can enter for a chance to win some local prizes including; a $100 gift card to the Villa Caledon Inn in Caledon East, and one of 13 $25 gift certificates to local businesses from villages and hamlets across Caledon.

This survey is open to adults (18+) and minors (under 18) with parental/guardian consent.

Participation is voluntary, and responses are confidential.

“Together we can build a more informed, engaged, connected and compassionate Caledon,” shared CCS.
