This past weekend marked the 52nd year of the Bolton Kin Clubs’ Annual Santa Claus Parade.

This year it was all about the Caledon Community, as the parade line up featured numerous local schools, sports clubs, businesses, and bands.

For an hour before the parade, families and onlookers lined the streets of Downtown Bolton, securing their spot to get the best view of the parade soon to come.

Helping residents stay warm and fed was SGL Charitable Society, who was set up on the side of the road to hand out free coffee, samosas, and hot chocolate.

Satwinder Singh Multani, a director at SGL Charitable Society, shares that every year they participate in the parade, donate to help fund the bands, and hand out free refreshments to parade goers.

As the parade was running, SGL could also be seen running into the street to hand out hot drinks to those walking, or driving, in the parade.
