Celebrating Canada Day at Downey’s

The Canada Day celebrations started early and went all day Friday at Downey’s Farm Caledon’s Strawberry Festival. Mayor Allan Thompson officiated at this cake cutting, accompanied by Councillor Jennifer Innis and her daughter Lyra; Councillor Gord McClure; Melissa Maodus, who was representing Dufferin-Caledon MP David Tilson; Dufferin-Caledon MPP Sylvia Jones; Dudley, the Downey’s mascot, John and Darlene Downey; and Councillors Nick deBoer and Johanna Downey.
