Where were Green?

I am a Grade 4 student and I go to Alton Public School.
We were learning about the vote, but when we talked about the leaders’ debate, I found out the Green Party wasn’t invited, and that isn’t fair for them because they should be able to go like all the other parties.
If we don’t hear what they have to say, how are we supposed to know if we should vote for them or not? Even if they are a small party, if they aren’t invited, then why should anyone else be?
