Credit Valley Conservation (CVC) is hosting a public information session to discuss the impacts of emerald ash borer (EAB) at Terra Cotta Conservation Area.
CVC is managing ash trees at Terra Cotta due to the presence of this invasive forest pest. Ash tree management will involve inoculating some healthy trees against the effects of EAB or removing trees that cannot be saved.
The session will be next Thursday (Dec. 3) from 6 to 9 p.m., with the presentation starting at 6:30 p.m. It will include a presentation and the opportunity to speak to staff, ask questions and provide feedback.
