A 32-year-old Brampton man was charged Dec. 2 after police found what they believe to be marijuana in his vehicle.
Caledon OPP reports officers were heading south on Highway 10 at about 8:20 p.m. when they spotted two vehicles in a dirt parking lot near Forks of the Credit Road. They approached one of them, containing a male driver and female passenger, and they detected the strong smell of freshly burned marijuana. They also found a bag of green, leafy substance in the man’s lap.
He was charged with possession of a schedule II substance.
