A number of men and a few women took the opportunity to show what they were made of Saturday at Caledon Fairgrounds. The event was the Running of the Bulls, with Joe Borges of Markdale supplying the bulls. He explained the custom in Portugal is to have the bulls run through the streets, with young men taking the opportunity to show off, using nothing but their courage and fleetness of foot.

Some times, it took a bit of persuading to get one bull out of the ring so another could take its turn.

DJ Tony Silveira of Burlington was providing entertainment between appearances of the bulls.
