Man charged with stunt driving

A 39-year-old man from Toronto is facing charges after a BMW was clocked speeding on Heart Lake Road March 1.
Caledon OPP reports the incident occurred just before 3 p.m. A Traffic Unit officer was conducting speed enforcement and spotted the vehicle going 131 km-h in a posted 60 zone.
The man was charged with racing a motor vehicle, and the car was impounded for seven days.
