A 49-year-old man from Nobleton was charged Nov. 15 after Caledon OPP spotted a motorcycle that was being driven excessively fast.
Police report a Traffic Unit officer was conducting speed enforcement on Forks of the Credit Road at about 2:15 p.m. and observed a Honda bike going 110 km-h in a posted 50 zone.
The man was charged with racing a motor vehicle.
The bike was impounded for seven days.
