Man and woman arrested after search warrant executed

A man and woman, both from Caledon, were charged Nov. 27 after members of the Caledon OPP Street Crime unit executed a search warrant at a home on De Rose Avenue in Bolton.
Police investigations into a number of break and enters to residences and thefts from motor vehicles that occurred Nov. 26 on Crestridge Drive and Castelli Court lead to the warrant. During its execution, police located and arrested the pair. Approximately $3,000 in stolen property was recovered.
The 35-year-old man was charged with two counts of break and enter, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and theft under $5,000 from a motor vehicle. The 23-year-old woman faces the same charges, as well as two counts of failing to comply with recognizance.
