Have you ever thought about a career in real estate, but weren’t sure how to start?
Jobs Caledon and the Small Business Enterprise Centre will feature a special presentation by one of Caledon’s top real estate agents, Bill Parnaby of The Bill Parnaby Team at Royal LePage. It will be next Thursday (Jan. 22) at the Royal Courtyards in Bolton. The talk is slated to run from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Parnaby will be discussing the steps to consider when pursuing a career in the real estate industry, including educational requirements, time frames, brokerages and organized associations, as well as speaking about what makes a great realtor.
As an experienced real estate agent, Parnaby has been in the industry for more than 20 years, working in Caledon and surrounding areas. His real estate business is 99.9 per cent residentially-based, and many of his clients are repeat customers or they have been referred. Parnaby has been ranked in the top one per cent of realtors for Royal LePage in Canada and within the Top 10 realtors in Ontario.
“Come and learn about all the secrets you ever wanted to know about real estate and more!” he said.
