It was a time to celebrate recently as Howard the Butcher marked 20 years in operation in the village core in Caledon East. Dufferin-Caledon MP David Tilson and Mayor Allan Thompson were both on hand, offering congratulations to Ann and Howard Beckett on their 20 years of success.
