Hockey hero visits students Local professional hockey star Peter Holland had plenty of admiring fans Friday when he paid a call on the kindergarten class at Caledon East Public School. The forward played 39 games for the Toronto Maple Leafs this season, and is still giving it his all with the Toronto Marlies and their play-off run. He joined the youngsters in watching a video that had made for him, as well as checking out a life-size creation of himself. There was also a draw for one of his autographed hockey sticks, which he presented to Sidney Ritchie. “Daddy’s going to love it.” she said. Photos by Bill Rea
