An unidentified male received serious, but life-threatening injuries Tuesday night after being hit by a pick-up truck on Torbram Road.
Caledon OPP reports a male and female were walking north on Torbram, south of King Street, shortly before 10 p.m. The preliminary investigation revealed the victim was struck by a northbound pick-up truck. The driver of the truck fled the scene.
Witnesses describe the suspect vehicle as a larger pick-up truck, believed to be a Ford, with orange running lights on top of the cab.
