There was a variety of great soup available last Sunday at the second annual Empty Bowls event at Alton Mill. The event was a fundraiser for the local food banks in Orangeville and Caledon, with the bowls being the work of local potters. Tamarack resident Lynne Clark was representing her daughter Jennifer, The Soup Girl. She was serving some Mexican amaranth soup to Deb Peacock of Belfountain.
