COUNCILLORS STRETCH Peel Region Chair Emil Kolb interrupted last Thursday’s council meeting to announced he was incorporating “stretch breaks” into the routine sessions. The very first one took place about an hour into last week’s meeting, with all councillors, staff and members of the audience joining in.
