Celebrate 75 years of agriculture

Peel Federation of Agriculture will be celebrating 75 years this month.
The occasion will be marked Aug. 24 at Orchalaw Farms, at 9726 Heritage Rd. in Brampton. It will run from 4 to 10 p.m., with dinner at 5. Dinner will include roast beef or pulled pork on a bun, salads, corn on the cob and desserts. Entertainment will be provided by author, playwright Dan Needles.
Tickets are $20 each, or $10 for youth aged 21 and younger. The deadline to RSVP is Aug. 15. To order tickets, call Keith or Lisa Garbutt at 416-990-7358 or 416-990-7359.
