Caledon Agricultural Society seeking Fair Ambassador contestants

The stage is set for the annual Ambassadors program which will officially opens the 153rd Caledon Fair, June 7 to 9 at the Caledon Fairgrounds.
Local young residents (male or female) from across the Caledon community are invited to enter the Ambassador competition, which crowns a Junior (12 to 16 years of age) and Senior (17 to 23) Ambassador for one year.
These young Ambassadors will represent Caledon in a whirlwind of social activities across the province.
Candidates will be evaluated on their current activities including sports, school and volunteer initiatives, plus special interests, hobbies and career plans, with finalists required to present a two to three minute speech before a judges panel at the competition finale.
