George Bolton Parkway will be reconstructed from Regional Road 50 to Nixon Road, starting soon.
The Town of Caledon reports the project will run from May 1 to July 20. The work will include minor repairs to the storm sewer, replacement of curbs and road reconstruction with 140 millimeters of asphalt. The driving surface will be reconfigured to include bicycle lanes and a left turn lane.
This road is a fully urbanized industrial road and acts as a collector between Coleraine Drive and Regional Road 50. Temporary lane closures are expected, but two way traffic will be maintained.
