Two chared with lifting manhole covers in Bolton

Two men from Brampton, aged 41 and 43, have been charged in connection with the theft of manhole covers from a construction site on Ellwood Drive in Bolton.
Caledon OPP reports they were called in to investigate the case Aug. 25, and it continued with the Street Crime Unit until there were arrests Aug. 28 and 29.
The two men were charged with three counts of theft under $5,000 and one count of possession of property obtained by crime.
