Smiles Reach Over the Rainbow — Tim Hortons Bolton raises $6,000 for Reach for the Rainbow

It’s the sweet treat that keeps on giving.
There are plenty of smiles to go around in Bolton, as the annual Tim Hortons Smile Cookie campaign raised $6,000 for Reach for the Rainbow. For one week in September, the local restaurants sold Smile Cookies for $1 with all of the proceeds being donated to Reach for the Rainbow. The Stafford family, Bolton Tim Hortons Restaurant owners, present the donation recently.
“This year’s campaign success wouldn’t be possible without the dedication of our team members and the generosity of so many loyal guests,” said Brad Stafford. “The Smile Cookie campaign is always special because 100 per cent of the funds raised are donated to a local cause. We are very proud to help Reach for the Rainbow in their efforts to help kids in our community”.
Reach for the Rainbow facilitates integrated recreational activities for children and young adults with physical and developmental disabilities. The Smile Cookie contribution was presented to Maggie Patten, manager of special events at Reach for the Rainbow.

Maggie Patten, manager of special events at Reach for the Rainbow, was flanked by Tim Horton employees as she accepted the $6,000 contribution.
