The Town of Caledon needs to improve its customer service, and Adam Romasco wants to help bring that about.
Romasco registered Friday to seek the area seat for Ward 5 (Bolton) on Caledon council in the October municipal elections.
This will be the first venture into politics for the resident of the north hill for seven and a half years.
“I love Bolton,” he said, adding he and his wife started in Brampton, but moved north. “Since then, we haven’t thought of ever moving.”
“There’s a lot going for this community,” the father of three added, as he expressed his desire to get involved as much as he could.
He stated his first objective would be to concentrate on customer service.
A realtor with Re/Max West in Bolton, he pointed out that in his business, if one doesn’t listen to and look at clients, there won’t be any clients.
“Customer service is my primary focus, and it’s something at which I think I excel,” he declared, adding one of his promises will be to respond to inquiries within 24 hours. “When somebody reaches out to me, I immediately respond back.”
Romasco also said that since he’s based in Bolton, he’ll be able to respond quickly.
