Lots of local residents took advantage of the horse and wagon rides offered Friday night by the Southfields Village Residents’ Group. Vanessa Chidwick and James Sokoluik were driving the team through the streets of the village. There will be similar rides offered this Saturday (Dec. 14) from 6 to 9 .m. They will start at SouthFields Village Public School. The cost for the 15-minute ride will be $10 per person (children five and younger can ride for free).
