Police break up drug deal in Bolton

Officers from the Street Crime Unit of Caledon OPP were on duty in Bolton May 5 when they observed suspicious activity taking place at the corner of Queen and Sterne Streets.
As a result of their investigative techniques and police surveillance, officers were able to conclude that a man was conducting illegal drug transactions with people who were present at this location.
As a result of the investigation, a 19-year-old Bolton man was charged with two counts of trafficking a Schedule II substance (cannabis marijuana) of less than three kilograms.
