Four people were injured Monday evening after a small plane crashed near Brampton Flight Centre.
Caledon OPP reports they were informed of the incident at about 5:20 p.m. with the craft apparently going down on McLaughlin Road, between Old School Road and King Street.
Preliminary investigation reveals that a four-seater Cessna was attempting to land at the flight centre when the plane struck a tree and crashed on the road.
The four occupants from of the plane were transported to hospital. Three were taken to hospital as a precaution, while the other sustained serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
The Transportation Safety Board of Canada is investigating the cause of the crash.
