Peewee AE Hawks score a tie against Halton Hills

The first time they saw the newly amalgamated Halton Hills team, the result was a 1-0 win for the Caledon peewee AE Hawks.
In their second match up recently with Halton Hills Thunder, the Hawks finished the game with a 4-4 tie.
Adam Allen scored early in the first, giving the team the starting point. Halton would tie up the game before the end of the period. Two more goals in the second period by Gabriel Cascallar and Justin Eccleston gave Caledon a push, and they continued to try to hold the Thunder off, but a goal at the end of the period brought Halton within sight. Early in the third, Halton tied it up again, but then a goal by Tyler Skubic put the Hawks back in the lead. Doing their best to hold off any further goals, toward the end of third period, Halton pulled their goalie, giving them the man-advantage. With only eight seconds left in the game, they tied it up.
The rest of the team consists of Braedan Martel, Taylor Murphy, Alec Degiusti, Jaden Amaral, Nicholas Gullusci, Tucker Hardy, Antonio Aquino, Adam Busch, Brian Eichinger, Nicolas Baliseh and goalies Anthony Gonsalves and Danny O’Donnell. Darcy McClure was set to make his long-awaited comeback.
The team would like to give huge thanks to Connor McLachlin for filling Darcy’s skates while he was off, giving a great effort and playing with all his heart.
