Manara’s Mediterranean Cuisine on Highway 50 in Bolton is a family restaurant that just opened, specializing in Middle Eastern and Lebanese fare. It offers dine-in, catering and take-out. Councillor Patti Foley was assisted in cutting the ceremonial ribbon by Ferial Dichari, who with her partner Whabi Zaitoun, are the proprietors. Also on hand were Dichari’s cousin Gigi Salahni, local Welcome Wagon representative Shahla Delong and Councillor Rob Mezzapelli.
