MANARA IS OPEN Manara's Mediterranean Cuisine on Highway 50 in Bolton is a family restaurant that just opened, specializing in Middle Eastern and Lebanese fare. It offers dine-in, catering and take-out. Councillor Patti Foley was assisted in cutting the ceremonial ribbon by Ferial Dichari, who with her partner Whabi Zaitoun, are the proprietors.
