A Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) spot check resulted in a 28-year-old man from Scarborough being charged April 4.
Caledon OPP reports the spot check was at Mississauga Road and King Street shortly before 11 p.m. Police said the driver of a grey Honda was showing signs of impairment.
He was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle.
