December 13, 2013   ·   0 Comments

A wonderful evening of music for the Christmas season will be presented in Caven Presbyterian Church in Bolton Dec. 20, starting at 8 p.m.
The program will feature the return of soloist Ardra Shephard, who has performed in a number of Canadian cities and events, including the renowned Newfoundland International Festival in St. John’s, 2012.
Organist and choir director Imrie Olah will conduct the Caven Singers as well as the Aradia Baroque Ensemble from Toronto. The evening will also include carol singing and a piano-organ duet. All are welcome.
Olah immigrated to Canada in 1989 from Hungary, where he received his classical piano, organ and choral training. He is the official concert accompanist with the Stratford Concert Choir and directs the St. Elizabeth Scola Cantorum Choir in Toronto. He has presented pipe organ recitals in several large Toronto churches.
