Daniel Kowalewski was the Libertarian candidate in Dufferin-Caledon in the 2011 Provincial election, and he’s giving it another try this time out.
The electronics designer lives in Vaughan.
In his last electoral outing here, he collected 250 votes out of some 37,800 that were cast.
“I’m running because I feel that government influence is becoming too great,” he said. “I feel the Libertarian platform is the best one to deal with it.”
Kowalewski agreed he hasn’t much chance of election, although he’s interested in whether he can improve his numbers from the last time.
“We are kind of the anti-government vote,” he said.
