The Brampton Flight Centre (BFC) invites all students aged 13 to 23 to take part in their annual Career Day in Aviation May 28, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Career Day in Aviation connects kids’ dreams of becoming a pilot with the real world of aviation. For a registration fee of $30 (plus HST), students can take a:
• 20-minute flight over the Caledon Hills (three per aircraft depending on weight),
• 30-minute introductory ground school, covering the highlights of a career in aviation and the steps to get there,
• Lunch: sandwich, drink and snack,
• Take Flight Competition. Submit an essay on why you want to be a pilot and you may qualify for one of five fully paid BFC Private Pilot Ground School (value $399 plus HST).
Students will not only experience first-hand BFC’s state-of-the-art flight school, but also meet with instructors and discover the latest career opportunities in aviation.
Career Day in Aviation offers a totally immersive experience in a fun and relaxed environment that combines the love of flight with learning.
