Mayfield Secondary School
Samantha Alli
Mayfield’s senior girl athlete of the year has been busy playing basketball, volley ball golf and rugby. She’s planning to study health sciences next year at the University of Ottawa. The 18-year-old lives in Caledon East with her parents William and Irene Alli.
Robert F. Hall Catholic Secondary School
Alissa Condotta
The Grade 12 student was Player of the Year as a mid fielder with the varsity girls’ soccer team, which made it to the playoffs. In the community, she plays under-18 soccer in the Caledon Wildcats organization in Caledon East. The 16-year-old lives in Caledon East with her parents Carmen and Albert Condotta.
St. Michael Catholic Secondary School
Robyn Natione
The 18-year-old was a holding mid fielder for the varsity girls’ soccer team which recently took fourth place at OFSAA. In the community, she plays soccer for the Brams United Blaze. The Grade 12 student lives in Bolton with her mother Roxanne Bennett. Her father was Gerard Natione.
Humberview Secondary School
Laura Lopachyk
The Grade 10 student recently placed eighth in the pole vault at OFSAA, after breaking the ROPSSAA record with a vault of 2.41 metres. She also competed at OFSAA in nordic skiing, and is also a cross-country runner and skier. Away from school, she’s active in pole vaulting for 310 Running. The 16-year-old lives in Palgrave with her parents Tracey and Mark Lopachyk.
