Stunt driver charged

A 51-year-old Toronto man is facing stunt driving charges following an incident on Highway 10 Aug. 11.
OPP report that at at approximately 2:49 p.m. that day, a Caledon OPP officer was conducting speed enforcement in the area of Highway 10 and Beech Grove Side Road. The officer observed the driver of a brown Lexus travelling southbound at a high rate of speed and determined the speed at 145 km/hr. in a 60 km/hr. zone.
As a result, the driver was charged with Race a Motor Vehicle. The vehicle was impounded for seven days.
