Special Santa Train runs planned as fundraiser

The Orangeville Brampton Railway’s annual Santa Train will kick off the 2013 holiday season with special fundraising trips Nov. 15.
All ticket revenue will be donated by Cando Contracting, operator of the railway, to community charities assisting families during the holiday season.
Guest conductor, Orangeville Mayor Rob Adams, will call the “All Aboard” at 6:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. as the train departs Orangeville for a magical trip through Caledon with Santa.
During the one-hour trip, freshly baked gingerbread cookies and hot chocolate will be served, lively musicians will lead everyone in carol singing. and Santa will visit each child at their seat with a special gift.
Tickets must be purchased in advance online at www.santatrain.ca
Orangeville Brampton Railway and The Santa Train are operated by Cando Contracting Ltd, in partnership with the Town of Orangeville and the Orangeville Rail Access Group.
