Caledon OPP conducted a community satisfaction survey last year, and the recently released results indicate local residents like the policing they’re getting.
The survey results, released last week by the detachment, indicate 99.2 per cent of respondents felt “very safe” or “safe” in their community; 92.4 per cent said OPP were “very involved” or “somewhat involved” in their community; 94 per cent of respondents were “very satisfied” or “satisfied” with OPP’s ability to work with communities to solve local problems; 92.5 per cent were “very satisfied” or “satisfied” with OPP’s visibility in their community; 95 per cent were “very satisfied” or “satisfied” with OPP’s visibility on the highways; and 87.9 per cent were “very satisfied” or “satisfied” with the ease of contacting OPP.
