Peel Region facilities will be closed for Family Day holiday

Peel Region offices and non-emergency services will be closed for Family Day this coming Monday (Feb. 17).
That includes Access Peel; Assessment: Peel Access to Housing and Children’s Services; Brampton Breastfeeding Clinic; Children’s Services Operations; Community Recycling Centres (CRCs); Dental Services at Peel Public Health Clinics; Employment Resource Centres; Healthy Sexuality Clinics; Human Services Reception; Learn.Play.Care. Child Care Centres; Ontario Works in Peel; Peel Living; Public Works Reception; Peel Public Health Clinic — Meadowvale; and Rent Supplement.
For emergencies related to food, shelter, medication and personal supports, call the Ontario Works after-hours line at 905-793-9200 or the Region’s main line at 905-791-7800.
TransHelp service hours Family Day will be from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. Service will be provided by taxi vendors, but not available by bus. The Accessible Transportation offices will be closed; regular office hours and bus service will resume Tuesday. Contact TransHelp at 905-791-1015 for any questions.
The Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives (PAMA) is open Monday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for a free Family Day event. Come explore PAMA, participate in family-friendly activities and tour four new exhibits. For more information, call 905-791-4055 or visit pama.peelregion.ca
