A 24-year-old man from Clarington was charged with breach of recognizance June 24 after a vehicle was stopped on Airport Road near Olde Base Line Road.
Caledon OPP reports the incident happened shortly after 10 a.m.
The officer noticed the passenger was not wearing his seat belt and he was asked to produce some identification. He handed over his driver’s licence, and a check revealed that the passenger was bound by a recognizance order with a condition to not be in possession of a driver’s licence.
