A 38-year-old Caledon man was charged Jan. 11 with driving a car that was not equipped with an ignition interlock system.
Caledon OPP reports an officer conducted a traffic stop in Bolton shortly after 4:15 p.m. An investigation revealed the man was prohibited from driving in Canada, except for vehicles equipped with the system. It was not installed in the red Ford Escape he was driving.
The man was charged with driving while disqualified.
