Man arrested during traffic stop

A 39-year-old man was charged with breach of an undertaking June 13 after a traffic stop on Mayfield Road, east of Highway 410.
Caledon OPP reports officers spotted a silver Mercedes stopped in a westbound lane of traffic at about 2 p.m. Police stopped to check the situation and learned the driver and male passenger had taken the car out for a test drive. Further checking revealed the driver was bound by an Undertaking Order that stipulated he was to have no contact with the passenger.
