Local aerospace firm forging ahead, signs MOU

A Bolton aerospace firm is reaching new heights in space exploration.

Canadensys Aerospace Corporation has been busy working on several important projects, firmly establishing Canada as a major player.

The company’s various lunar vehicle programs are in full swing – hey are building prototypes of lunar agriculture systems, and has a lunar science instrument on the launch pad for a NASA mission. The company now has nine of its NASA cameras on the lunar surface, delivered by U.S. and Japanese missions, with another 25 cameras manifested on various other upcoming lunar missions.

Canadensys signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Consolidated Safety Services (CSS) to collaborate on CSS’s NASA Research, Engineering, Mission Integration Services (REMIS-2) contract. This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone in enhancing the support for NASA’s critical space station operations.

This partnership will focus on providing top-tier solutions to ensure the reliability and efficiency of exploration systems and missions, supporting NASA’s objectives for research, innovation, and long-term human presence in space.
