Students at Humberview Secondary School closed out the school year recently by holding a reception in the library for retiring principal Rick Tredwell. SAC Presidents Stefano Martelli and Reid Clark assisted him in the cutting of this cake. “I’m going to play a lot of tennis and do a lot of fishing,” Tredwell said, adding he and his wife plan to take cruises. He’s been principal at Humberview for seven years, coming after seven years as vice-principal at TL Kennedy Secondary School in Mississauga. “I’ve always philosophized that the students here kept me young,” he said
