The Great War Flying Museum at Brampton Flying Club held a fundraiser Saturday, putting a spotlight on the centennial of the start of the First World War. With big band music and a pig roast, visitors were entertained and well fed. The public also got a chance to get up close with the Museum’s showpieces, flying replica aircraft that includes the Sopwith 1-1/2 Strutter and the legendary Fokker Dr.1 Triplane.
