Frightapalooza hits scary notes at Alton Mill

Alton Mill was a busy place again Sunday with a family festival to celebrate this scary time of year. There were all sorts of fun a creative activities going on at Frightapalooza. Brooke Freingruber, 13, and Paige Angot, 11, of Alton were busy decorating pumpkins.
