Gary Fenuik, of Mississauga Bassmasters, was getting ready recently to conduct a fishing workshop at Ken Whillans Resource Management Area on Highway 10. He said the club, which has been operating for about 20 years, preaches conservation, and catch and release. “We try to treat them as gently as possible,” he said. “You want to keep the species going for the next few generations.”
